$25 service call
It covers the trip and the on-site estimate, day or night, anywhere in our seven territories. If you decline the quote, the $25 is all you pay. If you go ahead, parts and labour are added exactly as quoted, nothing else. Business address? The service call is $0: tell the dispatcher it is commercial when you call.
A fair price, quoted before any work
You describe the lock and the situation, the dispatcher quotes the parts and labour, and the technician confirms it at the door before touching anything. The number you hear is the number on the invoice.
Warranty on labour and parts
If something we installed or repaired fails, we come back. Every job ends with an itemised invoice, taxes shown separately.

Residential lockout, no-damage entry
Fair price, quoted before work
Opening a locked house, apartment or condo door with picks and bypass tools, with no drilling in the vast majority of cases. The price depends on the lock: a standard knob or deadbolt, or a high-security cylinder.

New pins in your existing locks so the old keys stop working. Priced per cylinder; a typical house has two to four doors keyed to one key.

Lock change or deadbolt installation, supplied and installed
Fair price, quoted before work
A new Grade 2 or Grade 1 deadbolt, or a full knob-and-deadbolt set, in place of a worn or low-grade lock. High-security cylinders (Medeco, Mul-T-Lock, Abloy) come with a restricted key that cannot be copied at a kiosk.

Broken key extraction, lock repair and door reinforcement

Extracting a snapped key, fixing a cylinder that spins, a bolt that jams, a lock frozen solid, or a frame split by a kick, up to a reinforced strike and a wrap-around plate after a break-in.

Car key cut and programmed, transponder or fob
Fair price, quoted before work
A new key or remote for a car with no key at all, cut and programmed in your driveway: plain transponder keys as well as proximity fobs for recent models. Some luxury makes are dealer-only and we say so on the phone.
